The room was very clean and however the reason for our stay was to sleep until our flight at 10pm we paid £75 for to be checked in at 2:06pm and have to check out at 5pm this was not great value of money as we were hoping to stay until we had to leave for our flight at 7pm and check in took a longer than expected. There was also drilling outside which took us a while to sleep due to this.

I have stayed with this hotel a couple of times to get some work done, all have been good experiences so far. But this most recent stay I was put in a room right under construction or maintenance being done. I was unable to have the usual peacefulness to do my work, so it was quite disappointing. Everything else about the stay was good though

There was some drilling hammering and banging and couldn’t get any sleep. When I called reception there weren’t helpful at all, parking is horrendous even after discount I paid €24, the hotel is central location but the costs aren’t fair

Arrived on early flight from abroad, was informed regarding 0900 check in but had asked for earlier when reserving. Although a big hotel, there was no attempt to accommodate our request. I am used to better customer support.
